Warranty, Returns and Cancellations

1/2/5 Year Warranty

Our industry leading warranties mean that you will be covered for manufacturing defects for the period of the warranty. Please refer to the invoice for the warranty period for each item.

Manufacturer Warranty

We work closely with local and EU based manufacturers. Please refer to the appropriate manufacturer's website for warranty on these items:

  • EO Charging - eocharging.com

The following is NOT covered and will invalidate the warranty

  • Physical abuse and damage. 
  • Commercial use of the cables.
  • Rust - Rust will develop if you do not use the rubberised cover and  is not covered under the warranty. 
  • Water damage - Water damage is not covered by the warranty. Water and moisture is the No.1 reason for cable failure so please keep the cables out of puddles and dry where possible.
  • Domestic wear and tear
  • Any tampering or customisation of the item

Please Note: Items must be in a ‘reasonable’ used or as new condition - if item shows signs of being abused EV Cables reserves the right not to refund or replace.

Please Note:

1.  All cables returned to EV Cables/Cable Workshop UK are tested in laboratory and on-the-road conditions.
2.  Any item returned in working order will be sent back to the owner - in circumstances such as this we reserve the right to charge a £15 processing fee plus shipping fee before the cable is released to be returned.
3.  In the case of a refund - refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product and if the product is in unused condition.

Damaged products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

Please Note: Items must be unused and packaging in good as new condition.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled directly through our website by logging onto a customer account.  If the product has been shipped and not received, please do not accept the package and the item will be automatically returned to us for processing.


You have 30 days to change your mind about the purchase. A full refund is available within 30 days if the Item is new and has never been used. Please use the return procedure outlined below.

There are no refunds after 30 days. If the product is defective, please use the return procedure below to have the item repaired under warranty.
