Our industry leading warranties mean that you will be covered for manufacturing defects for the period of the warranty. Please refer to the invoice for the warranty period for each item.
We work closely with local and EU based manufacturers.
Please Note: Items must be in a ‘reasonable’ used or as new condition - if item shows signs of being abused we reserves the right not to refund or replace.
1. Cables are returned to our warranty centres at the cost of the owner. We pay for the return shipping to the owner if there is a valid warranty claim.
2. All cables returned are tested in laboratory and on-the-road conditions.
3. Any item returned in working order will be sent back to the owner - in circumstances such as this we reserve the right to charge a £50 processing fee plus shipping fee before the cable is released to be returned.
4. In the case of a refund - refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product and if the product is in unused condition.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible.
Please Note: Items must be unused and packaging in good as new condition.
Orders can be cancelled directly through our website by logging onto a customer account. If the product has been shipped and not received, please do not accept the package and the item will be automatically returned to us for processing.
A service charge of £90 per hour will be charged for non-warranty repairs (1 hour minimum charge).
You have 30 days to change your mind about the purchase. A refund of the sale is available within 30 days (excluding postage costs) if the Item is new and has never been used. Only the cost of the product without any freight costs will be refunded. Please use the return procedure outlined below.
There are no refunds after 30 days. If the product is defective, please use the return procedure below to have the item repaired under warranty or replaced. Should the item be over 30 days and used, we reserve the right to replace with a refurbished cable. The warranty on the replacement cable will be as per the original warranty from the date of the original purchase. Warranty for the cable is attached to the original invoice as shown by the sample below:
If the cable was working prior and suddenly stopped, please check for water damage and corrosion. This is the most common problem experienced and is not covered under warranty. You can try and clean the terminal with baking soda or steel wool.
